My experience with Children's Dentistry of IE, since my son was 4 years old; he's now 16 years old. The office has taken care of all of our needs. The office staff is great and the doctors are awesome.
Dr Cheng is an amazing dentist. The manager Melissa is always well organized and prepared for all the question I have. The rest of the staff is always smiling! Great place to take young children there are so many things to keep them occupied. Highly recommended.
I have been taking my son and daughter to Dr. Cheng for over 8 years. I started when both kids were 2 years old and I have taken them for cleanings twice a year each year. From the age of 2, Dr. Cheng has been extremely nice and professional. Neither child has ever had a cavity or needed any major work done nor was I ever pressured to have work performed when not necessary. After each appointment, Dr. Cheng meets with me separately to go over their exray's and updates me of any issues or concerns he might see. My son has a lot of teeth but a small mouth, seeing the x-rays and all the crowding at each appointment helps me to understand that in the future my son will need more work done. Dr. Cheng stresses to me at each appointment that at his current age, nothing is needed and we will wait and see how things turn out. I appreciate his honesty. My children love their dentist and we will plan to continue coming twice a year to make sure their teeth are as healthy as possible.

Loves it!! We went to a previous dentist before and it was a horrible experience for our kids. This place was recommended and it was a great first experience!!!
My kids love coming to this dentist. I drive all the way from Moreno Valley just so my kids feel comfortable coming to the dentist. Both Dr's are great with the kids. All the staff is very friendly and very accommodating.
My kids had a bad experience at another dentistry and coming to this dentistry was amazing. They took care of my kids and they came out like champs. They are no longer scared of the dentist!!
I don't know what all these people are saying, Dr. Cheng is a great and sweet man and my family has known him for over 13 years at least. He is not trying to steal your money, I find that he just tries to fix even small cavities because they are afraid to get worse. Parents are not allowed in the cavity rooms for a reason, children behave differently with their parents there and they want them to independent. This is a great establishment and they really have stepped up their game recently.
I love that each room has a TV for the kids. There is also a playroom for the kids with video games. I ADORE the NO CAVITY wall. Celebrates the kid's hard work staying on top of their dental care.
My daughter knocked her front baby tooth loose and had to have it pulled. Dr. Lim and her assistant Hailey were AMAZING! They took such good care of her. They worked so well together and were both so sweet and caring. Everyone in the office was professional and nice. The whole thing went quick, painless and perfect. Thank you!
I love this dentist. They are very good with the kids. I had my 5-year-old who needed a tooth extraction and other work and they were able to make my son as calm as possible and they did all the work in less than an hour. He was terrified before and now he goes right in and lets them do what they have to do without any problems. I definitely recommend this place!!
I brought my 3 children here 12, 9 and 6 and was consulted by Dr. Cheng. He was great, patient and explained everything in detail. My kids felt very comfortable in having the work preformed after having a horrible experience from a different dentist facility not associated with this one. Dr. Jane performed there dental work this morning and all my kids had a great experience and were surprised it "didn't hurt at all" my youngest child explained. Although I was hesitant about waiting in the waiting room, I was was happy to see them walk out just fine and clearly weren't crying thru the session. They were not strapped to a board,, that's only in the extreme case where you chose to have your child take a sedative other than laughing gas. So far so good,, I'll recommend this dentistry to all my friends and family

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Cheng for several years. Dr. Cheng is always very patient and helpful. He answers all of my questions and I always feel comfortable with his office staff and their abilities. I have never had any problems and I recommend them to others all the time.
As a mother of four kids, dentist appointments have never been something I looked forward to. That is until we found this place! Before this we used to spend 2-3 hours at the dentist or had to schedule my kids on different days because they couldn't fit them all in. At Children's Dentistry of Inland Empire I am always impressed with how quickly and efficiently they complete check ups on my kids. It's amazing that we get in and out in about an hour from our appointment time! I am so happy to have given this place a try.

My daughter has been with Dr. Cheng since she was two years old. She's now six and still loves coming back to this dentist. She had numerous procedures done including fillings, extractions and a baby root canal. Oral sedation is normally not covered by insurance but it really helped my daughter relax and go through the procedures with more ease and less discomfort. She had to be strapped in for safety reasons but it wasn't a frightening experience at all. I don't agree with all the other reviews because we've had a great experience at his dental office. And the procedures he recommended were to benefit my daughter and prevent further cavities, not to rip us off!
The entire office is covered in beautiful paintings & there are T.v.s every where for the kids to watch Disney movies. My child had major dental work done a month ago & I was allowed to check on her many times during the process. The dentist explained everything he did before & during the root canal & extraction. My child got sick & threw up during the process & the dental assistant was very accommodating & helped clean my child & even gave me a new shirt for my child to wear so she wouldn't be embarrassed. My daughter loves coming here & reminds me every 6 months that it's time for a cleaning!

My boys have always been nervous of the dentist from previous experiences at a different dentist and after the first visit to Dr. Cheng my boys never were nervous about the dentist. He has always taken the time to explain any issues that they have had with their teeth. He has performed numerous issues on all three of my kids and never once was I concerned about the safety of my kids. I knew they were in good hands. The staff there is AMAZING!!! They are so helpful and courteous and you can tell that they truly care about their job and our children. I have always been able to get squeezed in if one of my kids has an emergency. I can't believe people complain about the wait, it is a dentist office. Yes, there is a wait at times but I don't mind because I wouldn't want him to rush on my kids. I have and will recommend Dr. Cheng and his office. My two older kids go to the ortho there and I am extremely happy with Dr. Kim for braces.

My older daughter has a deathly fear of needles. After a good amount of time and unbelievable patience from Dr. Morgan and staff, she made it thew a cavity filling. A definite recommendation!
My babygirl had some work done today 10/07/11 it was great she said "daddy I had a great visit at the dentist no pain I didn't feel no pain dad" lol and he said "good baby girl" I was greeted with smiles and courteous service and Dr. Chang as always so kind and courteous too love that place good positve place

I gladly travel from the High Desert for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE and comfort they provide my children. I'll detail the before and after so you completely understand why I feel THEY DESERVE A 5 STAR RATING and if you're reading this, it's obvious you want to know.My now 12 year old daughter had a traumatizing experience at another dental office so I immediately looked for a new dentist. I was determined my child was not going to endure bad dental service with an office who had no patient care skills. This is of utmost importance to me as I recall my own dental fears as a child. I immediately found DR. CHENG @ CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY OF INLAND EMPIRE and now I would NEVER CONSIDER MOVING TO ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE! DR. CHENG is GENTLE, SOFT SPOKEN, PATIENT AND DOES A FANTASTIC JOB! Did I mention that we LOVE THEM! His front office staff are ALWAYS SMILING, I've never had a disagreeable experience with any of them. MELISSA, the OFFICE MANAGER, IS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. On many occasion she has taken time to discuss our treatment plan and services, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE. SHELLY the HYGIENIST does an AMAZING JOB cleaning my children's teeth, taking time to ensure they are ready and comfortable. Did I mention SHELLY IS AWESOME :)A little more info for you... I also have a 10 year old autistic son. Due to his disability all of his sensory is hightened and his potential anxiety overload is off the charts. I cant even begin to tell you without feeling emotional how important it is for me that my son is made as comfortable as possible during his dental check-ups. In fact I'm THANKFUL TO ALL THE STAFF AT CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY OF INLAND EMPIRE FOR BEING EXTRA SENSATIVE AND CARING WITH MY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD.We come for cleanings every 6 months, both my kids are in the No Cavity Club and have been for the last 3 check-ups. I CANT IMAGINE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! It's this easy. Find a great dentist, maintain regular appointments and your children will not fear going to the dentist nor will they have a bad experience. Our family moved to Rancho Cucamonga, 2yrs ago. I was in need of a dentist for my twins. Since I did not know anyone in CA , I googled and found a few dentists. Childrens Dentistry was very close to our home. From the very FIRST VISIT 2yrs ago..The staff has been amazing! My daughter needed braces..of course we had Childrens Dentistry do ALL THE WORK!! They always call to confirm appts, very pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to ALL MY NEW SOUTHERN CALI FRIENDS..Betty F.
My children and I love this place! I called to make an appointment after I went on their website. The office looked kid friendly in the pictures. When I called to make my appointment I had a lot of questions and concerns. I spoke with Lilly and she answered all my questions. She was very helpful and she even e-mailed me my new patients forms, so I didn't have to fill them out when I got there. When I walked in it was so pretty with all the painted walls. Everybody was nice and friendly. My children saw Dr. Cheng. They really liked him. My children thought it was "cool" that they had tv's in the ceiling to watch. As we were leaving my children asked me when they can go back to the dentist!! That made my day! It's nice to know I have found a great dental office for my children to go to. I am going to tell all my friends about this wonderful place!! Thank you Children's Dentistry of Inland Empire!!!

I been taking my 5 and 8 yrs old here for 3 yrs now..... The kids and I absolutely love it... They look forward to all their next visits..... Not once have my kids had cavities in their care... They very well taken care of by the staff and Dr's .... I'm a firm believer that courtesy is contagious, and if you walk in to any place with a great attitude, people will respond to you in the same manner..... I love this place, and I well continue to bring my children here for as long as I can......
I took my 3 year old daughter for her first visit today. I couldn't be more pleased and Happy :)The office is immaculate and clean,VERY kid friendly with a colorful office, age appropriate toys, video/TV and even video games, wonderful paintings ...each room has its own theme with TVs in the ceilings ..(wow) i wish i had that when i was growing up.... **** The staff is very nice and out going even though i was running 15 Min's late,they still took me in , i only waited 30 Min's to be seen , but i was fine because my daughter was playing the video games.. Dentist was wonderful with my daughter. Even though my daughter didn't like getting her teeth checked or cleaned (no surprise there), the staff were very calm and soothing. i loved the cheap Lil toys .....my daughter loved the princess crown with a balloon ( how sweet )...Can't say enough good things at this office..They Accepted my insurance's ( safe guard) health familysDr. cheng will definitely be my child's dentist for years to come.
